In order to understand HQ you must first understand all the quotients important in business and life.

IQ - Intelligence Quotient - is a measure of a person's reasoning ability. In short, it is supposed to gauge how well someone can use information and logic to answer questions or make predictions.

TQ - Technical Quotient - is a measure of a person's technical ability. This is sometimes referred to as the hard skills or the skills necessary to complete a specific task.

EQ - Emotional Quotient and Intelligence - is the emotional understanding and capability of oneself and others that helps with differing situations and people. This is self-awareness.

HQ - Human Quotient - is the combination of all of the quotients with a greater focus on EQ. This holistic approach to organizational development with a strong focus on the poeple allows organizations to continue to grow in the ever-changing climate of business.
